"The latest collection from Mahogany Hairdressing; ' Peacock Girls ' takes strong references from the iconic 1960s fashion designer Tommy Nutter, the leading figure behind the fashion movement, ' The Peacock Revolution'.
This dramatic change in menswear created dandie-ish high collars and vividly printed shirts.
Whilst remaining absolute to the Mahogany Hairdressing viewpoint, shades of apricot, graphite, maroon and indigo are used with soft blending and smudging techniques, marrying effortlessly with this androgynous imagery that encapsulates a fusion of geometry, dishevelled silhouettes, curved lines and head hugging fitted shapes without ever abandoning flaunting femininity.
